We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and upbeat Office & Culture Coordinator to keep our Zug office humming. You’ll take full ownership of our workplace, from day-to-day operations to unforgettable events, ensuring that both our team and guests experience redalpine at its best.
You’ll partner closely with our Head of People to shape our office culture, support internal events and offsites, and bring a hospitality-grade touch to everything from investor visits to breakfast meetings. Think of yourself as the person who quietly makes magic happen behind the scenes - organized, resourceful, and always two steps ahead.
- Run the show: Oversee all daily office operations (supplies, deliveries, maintenance, etc.) and act as the go-to person for anything workplace related.
- Welcome with warmth: Be the first face our guests see - from investors to founders - and ensure every visit feels seamless and professional.
- Create moments that matter: Plan and execute office and team events (apéros, summer and Christmas parties, breakfasts, workshops, offsites).
- Support people & culture: Assist with onboarding, interviews and travel coordination, and other touchpoints that shape the employee experience.
- Keep us organized: Manage our post, packages, handle small administrative projects, and ensure the office runs on time, on budget, and on point.
- Elevate our environment: Work with external partners and facility teams to keep our Zug office beautiful, functional, and welcoming.
