Your mission

We’re looking for a hungry, curious, hands-on investor who lives and breathes AI and software, and the relentless drive to find outlier talent. You’ll spot the most promising founders, evaluate cutting-edge AI, support them directly, and help shape Europe’s next tech unicorns.

This isn’t just another VC job. It’s a front-row seat at the frontier of AI and software innovation, with impact from day one and a network that stretches across Europe and beyond.

Sourcing & Evaluation: hunt the most promising AI and software startups and lead full due diligence.
Investments: take ownership of deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
Founder Collaboration: work closely with portfolio companies to drive growth.
Sector Expertise: shape redalpine’s perspective on AI, software, and tech innovation.
Representation: expand our network and showcase our vision across Europe.

Your profile

Tech obsession: deep understanding of AI/ML, software and emerging technologies.
Entrepreneurial and/ or VC experience: prior work in high tech startups, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment; founder/co-founder experience is a strong plus.
Technical chops: degree in AI, ML, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
Hustle & drive: proactive, goal-oriented, analytical, and ready to go the extra mile in a high-performance culture.
Network: well-connected across Europe’s tech and AI ecosystem.
Presence: you inspire trust with founders, teams, and investors alike.
Passion: for innovation, AI, and building the technologies that define tomorrow.
