Your mission
We are looking for an Associate / Manager Private Wealth Solutions to join our Fundraising / Investor Relations team, based at either our headquarters in Zug or our office in London. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in strengthening and expanding redalpine’s private wealth solutions across Europe.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of redalpine’s growth journey, building and deepening relationships with private wealth partners such as private banks, asset managers, multi-family offices, and independent wealth managers. You will take a leading role in fundraising, originating new opportunities, advancing fundraising conversations, and managing long-term investor relationships as we scale access to our innovative venture capital platform.
This position offers significant autonomy within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial VC environment, where your contributions will directly impact both the firm’s growth and the future success of game-changing companies.
- Responsible for raising funds for our pioneering evergreen fund structure by building new and broadening existing relationships with private wealth distribution channels, primarily across Europe, with a strong focus on DACH at the beginning.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and new private wealth partners, including global and regional banks, asset managers, multi-family offices, and wealth managers.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective partners and deliver measurable growth in fundraising activities.
- Map out the investor landscape, source opportunities, and lead distribution projects.
- Understand and present the full range of redalpine’s solutions to partner organizations, including operational and regulatory features.
- Create tailored, persuasive, and high-quality marketing materials and respond to client requests, assist with queries, and perform necessary updates.
- Be involved end-to-end in the client journey, from contract negotiations and client onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
- Work closely with investment and legal teams to ensure compliance and optimal structuring throughout the client lifecycle.
- Leverage CRM systems and data analytics to track investor engagement and optimize outreach.
