We’re now hiring a Head of People to lead redalpine’s internal people strategy and provide hands-on talent support across our growing portfolio.

1. Internally at redalpine

• Build and lead a data-driven high-performance people function across Zurich, Berlin, and London.

• Drive end-to-end hiring of top-performing talent across Europe to strengthen redalpine’s core team.

• Develop and implement strategies across hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, and culture.

• Manage and mentor our People Operations Team.

• Ensure clarity, accountability, and alignment as we scale toward our vision at redalpine.

• Act as a thought partner to the General Partners on org design, leadership development, and firmwide performance.

2. Across the portfolio

• Advise founders and leadership teams on hiring, org design, and scaling their organizations.

• Support key executive searches through sourcing support, playbooks, and recruiter recommendations.

• Develop scalable talent solutions as part of redalpine’s Portfolio Success Program.

• Contribute to founder enablement initiatives (e.g., workshops, 1:1 support, templates).
