In this newly created position you report to the Head of Finance and support our finance team in financial planning, analysis, reporting as well as in other fund controlling and reporting activities. Based at our headquarter in Switzerland, you will join an ambitious and international team, with your main responsibilities including:

• Aid in the preparation of fund financial reports/investor  reporting, performance calculations and liquidity analysis. Help prepare capital calls, distributions, statements of holding for our limited partners in conjunction with our LUX service providers (e.g. fund administrator, auditor, AIFM).

• Conduct financial modeling, forecasting and analysis for redalpine's fund portfolio.

• Conduct portfolio company valuations, aligned with IPEV Valuation Guidelines.

• Assist in the oversight and management of accounting, financial statements and audits. 

• Support transaction processes for the portfolio companies (i.e., investments, follow-on rounds and divestments)

• Help maintain, improve and document internal processes & tools (e.g. investor portal, portfolio management database, etc.) and demonstrate your strong Excel skills (e.g. build financial models).
